INGREDIENTES:
Massa:
1 pacote de biscoito maisena
100 g de manteiga temperatura ambiente
Recheio:
400 g de cream cheese (aqui usamos o de Kefir)
1 lata de leite condensado
3 ovos
Calda:
2 xícaras de morango picados
1/2 xícara de chá de açúcar peneirado
Suco de meio limão
PREPARO:
Deixe esfriar.
Enquanto o cheesecake assa, prepare a calda. Deixe esfriar.

The first time I ate this delicious pie was when my sister made it. My daughters loved so much that they always ask her to bake it. The Original recipe takes yoghurt cream cheese, but since we eat a lot of Kefir here, I decided to make kefir cream cheese and I can say it was approved with praise! It is a versatile recipe with either Kefir or plain cream cheese.
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1 package of graham crackers
100 g butter – room temperature
Filling:
400 g of cream cheese (here we use drained Kefir)
1 can of condensed milk
3 eggs
Topping:
2 cups of chopped strawberries
1/2 cup of sugar (sifted)
Half lemon juice
PREPARATION:
Break up the crackers in the blender until it turns into flour, add the butter. Knead until it becames crumbs. Put it in a round baking pan with removable bottom and knead well to form a uniform and well-divided “dough” at the bottom. Bake for 10 minutes (330 oF)
In the blender, mix the cream cheese, condensed milk and eggs. Pour over the dough. Bake in medium oven (170 ° C / 330 ° F) for approximately 30-40 minutes. Let cool.
While the cheesecake is baking, prepare the topping. On low heat, mix the chopped strawberries, the sugar and the lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Let cool.
Once the pie and the syrup cool, put everything together. Remove the cheesecake from the form, pour the syrup on top and garnish with fresh strawberries.
